Open Licensing
|
Intrepreneurs provides an Open License to each end customer that utilizes the
IdentityMan Framework or Toolkit in their Identity Management solution. The license is
granted to customers who have engaged Intrepreneurs through a vendor or direct software
contract engagement to provide IdM related services.
The binaries are delivered to the client and the Open License enables them to
maintain, modify, and extend the binaries as desired to suit their
IdM needs. Upon request, the source code is provided to the customer for security audits
and code reviews to enable them to build the Framework from source as long as
they leave the copyrights intact and remain in accordance with the terms
of the license.
